Partner Program Terms

Eligibility
Open to individuals and organizations who refer SeatCheck to potential customers.

Commission
20% of recurring subscription revenue (Open tier) or 30% (Curated tier), for 24 months after the referred customer becomes paying.

Customer discount
Referred customers receive 10% off their first 12 months of any paid plan.

Self-referrals prohibited
You cannot use your own code on your own SeatCheck account.

Payouts
Manual quarterly payouts during early access. Will transition to monthly automated payouts via Stripe Connect once live in production.

Termination
SeatCheck may terminate partnership at any time for cause (fraud, abuse, breach of these terms). Earned commission on existing paying customers will be honored through the original 24-month term.

Tax
Partners are responsible for their own tax obligations. For US partners, 1099 forms will be issued when annual earnings exceed $600 (handled by Stripe Connect once live).
The full Partner Agreement will be formalized — drafted by a lawyer — before any partner crosses $600 earned.
